Nexus57 is a free, openly accessible atlas gazetteer cataloguing sites across 22 subject sectors of the web. The directory is organised to help browsers navigate the web by topic, from dental practices and legal advisers to technology platforms and travel operators.
Every entry in the Nexus57 atlas has been reviewed before being charted. The review process confirms that each site has an active URL and a clear subject focus. Nexus57 does not assess the quality, authority, or commercial standing of listed sites; it records their existence and subject classification.
Nexus57 accepts one listing per domain at no cost. Site owners may submit their domain using the Add a Site form and select the most appropriate sector. Submissions are reviewed before appearing in the atlas, and the directory team reserves the right to decline entries that do not meet the basic criteria.
The atlas currently holds 836 confirmed entries across 22 sectors. New submissions are added on a rolling basis as reviews are completed. The directory is intended to remain a stable and growing record of active sites on the open web, available to all browsers without registration or fees.
Nexus57 is part of a broader network of web directories, each presenting the same inventory of sites through a distinct design and editorial voice. This network approach ensures that the atlas remains a reliable reference regardless of which directory a browser discovers first.
